WNC comes in new version 5.3.4

We are going live with new version of WNC 5.3.4. Lets check what's new!

After few weaks new version arrived! There are lot of chnages, most of them improving experience with managing your web page, some of them are  more visible:

  • New bot management module
  • New icons -  we finally have own icons, which are unified!
  • Upload window now supports multiplee files
  • You can now limit IP address to be able login into Admin Center
  • Revisioned JavaScript libraries
    • Updated LightBox
    • Added Jquery 4.0.0
    • Deleted old JS libraries

New features:

#533: New set of icons

#532: Add keys for set number of rows in Eventlog and Analytics and new Bot module. Also add module global. Please refere also super global for all WNC modules.

#531: Disable comments for bot detection, show page in bot mode. Also not cant add bug reporting.

#530: Add new events in case bot is detected (like bot_read, bot_access, bot_download)

#529: Disable to voting for detected bots

#511: Disable to fill forms from HTTP protocol (provide key to config which will allow to administrator disable or keep allowed)

#465: Revise bot list related to this web.

#464: Add key allows logining into administration zone only from some IP addresses (exact IP, group of IP like 192.168.0.10-20 or 192.168.0.*)

Fixed bugs

#517: Cant add comment into post.

#513: Review code for logging events - some of events are now logged double or triple (login event or page visit events) in other hand some events like increase karma are missing.

#490: Check JS libraries bundled to WNC.

#483: Check saving Sid for event log, not all events has sid.

#446: photo gallery shows folder name, but should show gallery name.

#444: Revise width on articles for category and sorting boxes on mobile devices.
